Emsdale Ontario, along with the other small town of Novar, boast one the Highlands and Ontario's greatest natural attractions; Brooks Falls, which is perhaps the greatest example of an untouched wilderness waterfall that is undisturbed by modern development,
yet is easily accessible.
Sporting several walking trails that

of the tumbling river,
the Brooks Falls Park
is a great destination to spend half the day.
Many visitors suggest bringing a picnic while you enjoy the surrounding scenery and listening to the crashing falls while you have lunch at the picnic tables set-up for your convenience.
Emsdale boasts other attractions that include the Perry Old-timer museum, Historical Cemeteries, as well as a children's playground. The outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the excellent bass and trout fishing, but let us not forget the kayaking for those who are a little more adventurous.
You may want to go for a walk or a bike ride down the Park to Park Trail, a great way to experience the scenic splendor that Perry Township has to offer. This region does not close up in the winter, as many travelers come to the area for cross-country skiing, ice fishing and snowmobiling.
